SERVICE RATES
- Net 15 days from invoice date.
- All rates are based on a 10-hour work day including travel.
- Four-hour minimum charge applies to all service calls
- Per diem charge of $150.00 per day for overnight stays
Standard Travel (Mon -Fri) $75.00/hr
Overtime Travel (Mon-Fri) $112.50/hr
LABOR
Standard Travel (Mon -Fri) $110.00/hr
Overtime Travel (Mon-Fri) $165.00/hr

Integrated Machinery Systems has an inventory of parts at our location as well as access to many Machine and Automation parts suppliers around the world. Our parts representatives will work with you to identify your specific needs and provide fast deliveries to your door. Our goal is to provide our customers the highest level of parts quality in the industry.

ENGINEERING
Integrated Machinery Systems has an engineering staff available for consultation on a specific project, or turnkey solutions. Our experienced staff can help maximize the performance of your machine tool, and optimize equipment utilization. We offer support on our full line of machine tools including auto loading capabilities for total efficiency.

Integrated Machinery Systems is committed to providing the most responsive, highest quality automation service and support available. Our capabilities include new system implementation, training, and after installation service and support.
Failure of an automation system may jeopardize entire production lines. This is why IMS and Pari have worked together to develop a support program which includes local availability of spare parts, and factory trained personnel from both organizations. This partnership includes a knowledgeable staff of technicians located at our Itasca, Illinois office, and backup from Pari’s US headquarters located in Detroit, Michigan.
Additionally, we offer a full range of services including on site parts stocking, preventative maintenance, and training in operation, programming, and set-up.
